How do custom orders work?

BEFORE placing an order for a custom item, please start by emailing our team at hello@emberglowgaming.com with the design you are hoping to get engraved.

Designs must be high resolutions images, black and white outline (no grayscale). Original vector art is ideal, saved as a .pdf, but we can try and work with a high resolution flat image as well.

Once art is approved, you can add the "One time custom fee" to your first custom order along with the items you want engraved. Future orders using the same design will not require the design fee.

Please do not add custom items to your cart for checkout before emailing our team and having your art approved. This will delay your order being filled until the custom art is approved.
